This charter gives an overview of the services delivered by the Valuation Department to all its
stakeholders/customers .
Our services consist of tendering valuation and professional property advice to ministries and
government departments.
Under this Charter, we pledge to:

impartial, and objective Valuation in
accordance with international norms,
standards, and practices.
Provide services to the highest standard of
professional ethics which will uphold public
trust.
Build a creative, competent, and dedicated
work force through ongoing capacity
building

officers.
Adopt highest technology for an improved
service delivery to the government and
public at large.
